Warner Robins: Rev. Harold Lee Moore, 91, passed away on Tuesday May 31, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday at First Baptist Church of Warner Robins. Burial will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Dr. Napp N. Granade, Dr. James Hutto and Dr. Kelly Pritchett Jr. will officiate.
Rev. Moore was born in Anderson, SC to the late Horace and Bertha Sanders Moore. He was a WWII Army veteran and a member of Elko Baptist Church. He graduated from North Greenville College and Furman University with high honors. Following his under graduate studies he obtained a Masters of Theology from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Reverend Moore pastored churches in South Carolina and Kentucky while a student. After completing seminary he pastored at First Baptist Church of Hazlehurst, Georgia for five years; First Baptist Church of Warner Robins from 1956 until his retirement in 1980; and in retirement, served as pastor for Elko Baptist church for an additional 30 years. He was also active in the Rehoboth Baptist Association. His first wife Rebecca G. Moore, and siblings Evelyn Goodson, Mildred Cunningham and Ralph Moore, all preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Grace R. Moore of Warner Robins. Children: Mary M. (Gary) Hamilton of Durham, NC and David (Rhonda) Moore of Warner Robins, Gary (Susan) Revis of Ft. Valley, Debbie (Steve) Smith of Marietta and Melodie (Jim) McNamee of Richmond Hill. 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
