I received my license November 1, 2009 from First Baptist Church, Centerville, Georgia under the leadership of my pastor, Dr. Allen Hughes. God has provided me with many valuable qualities and multiple spiritual gifts with which He has equipped me to fulfill the call to the ministry that He has placed on my life: • Preaching / Teaching – I am theologically and doctrinally conservative. I have strong convictions concerning the fundamental cornerstones of our faith; the inerrancy and authority of the Bible, the gospel of Jesus Christ and doctrines of the Baptist denomination. I have the ability to research and explain God’s Word and truth so there is understanding and application in the lives of others. As such, God expects me to proclaim His truth without compromise. • Leadership / Administration – I have the ability lead others toward spiritual growth. God provides His vision and gives me the ability to set goals and motivate others toward accomplishing these goals. I am very goal-oriented with good organizational skills which make it possible to coordinate resources in order to accomplish tasks as quickly as possible. My vocational background is primarily centered around operations, financial and personnel management and training. • Evangelism - God has given me a strong desire to share the Gospel with non-believers in every possible situation and through all possible means. • Certified Biblical Counselor - I was intensely trained and certified by Dr. Ray Gentry, Biblical Counseling Ministries in 2007. God has provide enumerable opportunities to counsel individuals and couples on physical, marital, emotional and spiritual issues.
